If you are interested in nutrition you may require information on individual topics. Most particularly it can be helpful to have a high standard of factual information from the scientific literature presented in ordinary language. Dr Plaskett has produced such information in a series of newsletters, which are available for purchase at a nominal price, which includes UK postage and packing. If not currently in print, a photocopy will be supplied.
